This systematic review explored the experiences of Autistic people during menopause, identifying a lack of knowledge, limited support, and significant negative impacts on mental health and daily life. Three key themes emerged: limited awareness and the value of peer support, intensified symptom experiences in Autistic individuals, and barriers to accessing effective treatment. The study highlights the urgent need for Autism-informed menopause education and healthcare support.
