National Autistic Society and Mind

Research suggests that there is a lack of practice-based knowledge around Autistic mental health. This guide addresses this gap. This work is built on the views of 1500 Autistic people and around 1000 family members, as well as in-depth discussions with 17 Autistic people, eight family members and 15 mental health professionals. The guide is split into two sections, across service practices and good practice for therapy sessions.
