This sixteen-page activities workbook is designed for young children to explore their ADHD identity. Through puzzles, word searches and interactive activities, the booklet examines senses, emotional regulation, making school easier to navigate and the ways to support ADHD traits they may be struggling with. The booklet presents ADHD in a Neurodivergent-affirming way and whilst acknowledging some traits may be difficult or make like harder focuses on the positive aspects of being ADHD.
